La casa del Río es un conjunto habitacional construído para brindar hospedaje a  nacionales y extranjeros  que vienen a la hermosa ciudad de Cuenca sea por motivos de trabajo o por turismo a quienes les brindamos  un ambiente de comodidad y tranquilidad.  Esta ubicado junto al río Tomebamba en un lugar estratégico por su cercanía al centro histórico y cerca de farmacias, restaurantes, centros comerciales y de otros lugares de interés.

 La casa del rio is a housing complex built to provide lodging to nationals and foreigners who come to the beautiful city of Cuenca, whether for work or tourism, to whom we offer an environment of comfort and tranquility. It is located next to the Tomebamba river in a strategic place due to its proximity to the historic center and close to pharmacies, restaurants, shopping centers and other places of interest.
